I can walk you through entering your employee's weekly timesheet, saltiesdog-aol-c.

You'll have to turn on this preference first and then start entering time. I'll show you how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
  2. Click the Edit menu and select Preferences
  3. From the left menu, click Time & Expenses.
  4. Select Company Preferences
  5. Set Time Tracking to Yes.
  6. Click OK.

Then, follow these steps in entering weekly timesheets.

  1. Go to the Employees menu.
  2. Choose Enter Time and click Use Weekly Timesheet.
  3. To set a date for 2019, click the calendar icon at the upper-right of the window.
  4. Enter the lumpsum hours.
  5. Click Save & Close or Save & New.

Feel free to click this reference that will help you create and print timesheets

Keep me posted if you have other questions. Take care and wishing you all the best!
