I sent my employees an invite to see their paystubs/W2. One employee cannot login after the first time. I can't send another invite. Thoughts?

Several customers reported that their employees encountered the same issue after creating an account from the invitation email, tammy37.

Our engineers are already checking the root cause of this issue to rectify it the soonest. I recommend getting in touch with our phone supports. This way, we'll be able to directly add your contact details to our notification list. Please have our technical support link your case number to INV-40066.

Our engineers also recommend making sure that your employee is logging into Workforce with the correct user id and password. Using an Intuit account login (such as for TurboTax or Mint) that was not used to connect your Workforce account will result to an error message.

1. Click the Help icon.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter "Unable to access workforce account" in the description.
4. Hit the Let's talk button.
5. Select Start a chat or Get a callback.

You can also follow these steps if you want to send the invite again:

1. Go to Workers and select Employees.
2. Select the employee you need to resend the invitation to
3. In the Personal info section, Select Resend next to “Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2’s Online.”
4. Select Done. This will send a new email invitation to the employee.
