In regards to your concern, it would be best to message our support team directly. They are the ones who can help you further checking the status of your request. We can start by opening your QuickBooks Desktop, and let's follow the steps below:

 

  1. From the main menu, click the Help icon.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help, or you can press F2 on your keyboard for easy access.
  3. Start a message after a brief description of we enter a short description of our concern.
     

Another way is by going to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact. Afterwards, let's follow the steps below to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click the Globe icon at the upper-right corner and select your region (US). 
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop. Then, hit the Continue as a guest.
  3. Click the version you're using to see the Search for something else button. Then, we'll be able to add a short description of our concern in the Tell us more about your question.
  4. Hit Search and then Start a Message.
