I submitted payroll for this week, but the button to pay federal income taxes is not showing up. What's going on?
I have absolutely 100% not paid the payroll taxes yet - even checked the liability reports and payments history. I tried clearing browser cache. I even tried contacting the QuickBooks Online Payroll support, and cannot get through! The online chat issued a case number and said someone would be with me in 5 minutes, and I waited for an hour. Then I tried again, and still did not get a response. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
