I use QBO full payroll with direct deposit. Can I edit payroll after submitting?

Yes, you can edit your direct deposit paycheck to add your holiday pay. The process generally depends if you'll do it before or after the pay date.

If it's done before the pay date, here's how:

1. Go to the Workers or Payroll menu, and then choose Employees.
2. Select the Employee's name, and then click the Paycheck list. If the status shows Not processed yet, you can delete and recreate the paycheck.
3. Tap the checkbox next to the pay date, and then pick the Delete button.
4. Hit Yes to confirm the action.
5. Go back to the Employee list and recreate the paycheck.

However, if it's made after the pay date, here are the steps to follow:

1. Go to the Workers or Payroll menu, and then select Employees.
2. Pick the Employee name, and then choose the Paycheck list.

2. Payroll Details report gives you detailed info of your employee's payroll.
3. Payroll tax Payments report shows you the tax payments you have made electronically or tax payments you have recorded manually in your online payroll account.
