I've been charged multiple times, only setup one account?
When it comes to billing, there's several reasons why you're being charged multiple times. It could be because you set up a stand-alone payroll or were previously set up with a trial company. To best get this figured out I recommend contacting our chat or phone support. Here's how to reach support:
Click the Help button on the top of the screen.
Select Contact Us from the drop-down menu
Write your question and select either phone or chat as a way too connect with us.
