I've paid an annual payroll tax liability by the alert is still showing. It won't clear out even though system says its paid. How do I get rid of alert?
We've received reports about this before, but our engineers have already rolled out a solution to remove the display. We can refresh your browser to get rid of the alert.
To start, please log in to QuickBooks in a private browser. This disables the cache from saving your browsing data, and it's a good initial step to resolve browser issues. If the alert will not show up, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If it's still there, you can try other browsers to isolate the case.
