I WANT TO CANCEL PAYROLL

To cancel your payroll subscription, I suggest going to Account and Settings to start performing the steps. Before cancelling, please make sure to file or print the tax forms needed for annual tax filing for 2019.

 

Here's how to cancel your payroll subscription:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. From the left menu select Billing & Subscription.
  4. In the Payroll section, select Cancel.
  5. Select Continue to cancel.
  6. Complete the short survey, then select Cancel Payroll Service.

I WANT TO CANCEL PAYROLL

I've used desktop for years.  QB discontinued service.  I switched to online.  I'm still be charged for desktop payroll.  I can't get into my desktop payroll to take the steps to cancel.  I've spent DAYS on this and I can't find any information about how to cancel payroll.  The phone number listed on my bank charge is not a valid phone number.

I know that this hasn't been easy for you. I'll make sure that you can cancel your payroll subscription.

 

Since you can no longer get into your QuickBooks Desktop, please go to our contact web page (intuit.me/QBDT) to message us and we can assist you there.

 

Once you're in, you'll have to enter your contact information and company name. Then, select Billing from the What best describes your issue? drop-down menu and enter a brief description of your concern in the How can we help? section.
