Hello there, @sravanthi_thumat.

You can see who made changes to your books and what they did by using the Audit log statement. This report tracks the user sign-in and making some changes for your customers, vendors, and employees.

Please follow these steps to pull up your audit log statement.

  1. Sign in as admin to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Click the Audit log.
  4. Choose Filter.
  5. Filter the User, Date, or Events in the field to narrow the results.
  6. Hit the Apply button.

You can click the View button in the History column to expand the audit history. It will show you who made the changes and what they did.
