Sending a reminder to employees before every pay period is a convenient way to ensure an efficient payroll process, benjamin.
The option to send reminders with a Time frame in a workflow for each pay period is unavailable in QuickBooks Online.
While this feature is unavailable, you can submit your suggestions to our developers for future updates.
Here’s how to submit feedback:
- Click the Settings icon.
- Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
- Enter your suggestions and click Next.
In the meantime, you can manually send reminders to your employees through their email or explore third-party applications within QuickBooks Online that may meet your specific needs for sending automated reminders.
To find a third-party app, you can follow these steps:
- On the left side of your screen, locate and click on Apps in the menu panel.
- Click on Find Apps to start your search.
- Browse through the categories to find the most suitable software for your needs.
- Once you’ve chosen an app, click Get app now to integrate it with QuickBooks Online.
