Hello there, lorna_lapp.

The first time you subscribe to our QuickBooks Online Payrolls service, we give a 50% discount for three months. After those months, it'll go back to the regular subscription. The pricing will also depend on the number of active employees you have. For the detailed payroll pricing, you can check out this page: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/payroll/pricing/.

Our Phone Support Team can also fully verify your subscription charges. To contact us, here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern something like payroll service subscription.
  3. Click Let's talk and select the best way you'll want to get in touch with us.

I'm also attaching these references on how to manage your payroll subscription and payroll tasks:

You can always post your questions here if you need more help. You take care!
