I was told that when I purchased the desktop version of quickbooks, I would be reimbursed for the amount we have paid for the online version as we will not be using it.

Seeing as to how this would be account-specific information and we can't discuss it publicly, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have the tools and resources to go over your account and get this addressed for you. I've provided the steps below to get in touch:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Hit Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Click Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
