I work for a Non Profit. How can I get a Form 990EZ? Can I e-file an 990 EZ with the IRS and a Form 199 with the State of California?

To answer your question, QuickBooks Online Payroll does not yet support the 990-EZ form. Meanwhile, I advise you to file the form after speaking with your accountant or financial advisor.

Is Aplos not a good option. Is it really a quickbooks company? It seems this may be best.

Aplos is an Online Nonprofit & Church Software that's completely separate from QuickBooks Online. We're also unable to provide any recommendations on what's the best software or application you can use to e-file Form 990-EZ.
