You run a payroll schedule with a projected pay date and no matter when, as long as you submit by 5 pm PST 2 business days prior then the pay will de deducted from your account 1 day before payday and DD will happen on payday.
If you are just running payroll today then your employees will not see their DD until next Tuesday so you may want to issue paper checks today and plan on running payroll every Wednesday for a Friday payday
