These include the payroll processing cutoff time and your bank's operational schedule. Typically, Friday evening requests are processed on the next business day (Monday), as banks and payment processors generally do not operate over weekends for such transactions. However, specific schedules may depend on your bank and payroll setup.
Once a reversal request is processed, it cannot be stopped or recalled. If the request has not been processed yet, you can cancel it by sending an email to ddreversals@intuit.com. Reversal requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days from the check/settlement date.
You will receive an email confirmation from ddreversals@intuit.com once your reversal request has been initiated. If you did not receive an email, check your junk/spam folders, as confirmation emails are critical for ensuring the completion of your request.
