If I inactivate an employee, can they access their W2?

Thanks for posting here in the Community, @ashley-henson.

 

Yes, as long as your employees have an existing account before making them inactive, they'll still be able to access W-2s online. If they are unable to log in from the Workforce website, you may need to download the form in QuickBooks manually.
