If you received an email confirmation that contains the service key of the new subscription, follow these steps on how you can key that in QuickBooks:
- Go to your Payroll Center.
- Press CTRL + K on your keyboard.
- Click Edit and enter the new service key.
- Follow the succeeding prompts to automatically download a payroll update.
You can also log in to your account in the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) to cancel the duplicate subscription or manage your account. Here's how:
- Go to camps.intuit.com
- Go to the Products & Services section, then click Details next to the status of the payroll subscription that you are canceling.
- Click Cancel Service at the top right.
- Follow the succeeding steps to cancel the account.
In case you can't log in or don't have the service key, we'll have to open and verify both payroll subscriptions for us to make changes to your account. However, we're unable to do that in the Community because this is a public forum.
I would recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team so they can cancel the old license and activate the new one. Here's how:
- Go the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Let them know that you need help with your payroll subscriptions.
- Click Continue, then click Start messaging.
