To expedite this process, please log in to your QuickBooks Online Payroll account and check the Resolution Center by clicking the Gear/Settings icon under the Tools section. From there, select the open case regarding uploading documents for follow-up or check the progress.
However, if you don't see any open cases from there, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Payroll Support via chat or callback so they can follow up and expedite on your case.
