The online platform uses the browser’s cache to run faster. However, these can sometimes become corrupted, which affects the platform's functionalities. This might be the reason why the Overview page in your online payroll account goes blank right after clicking.
You can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this. Let’s open your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window for testing. Refer to the shortcut keys below for quick navigation:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Once logged in, check out your Payroll Overview page. If the tasks are already displayed, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Also, you can use other supported browsers as an alternative and our Browser Health Checkup tool to make sure the application runs seamlessly.
