If someone work for two orgs & total comp 120K+, both offer 401. Is HCE check based one EMPLOYER comp for which employee opts 401K or based total comp of both employers?

Concerning the paycheck or 401(K) comp, if it will base on HCE for one employer or both, I highly suggest contacting the IRS so that they can provide more details about handling this kind of concern.
