I have some insight to provide you regarding your concern about the error code 2308.
You encounter this error when there are changes to the employees' banking information for direct deposit. If you don't know the employee affected or if there are no changes made, I recommend you give us a call.

I got this error. I have been trying since yesterday to contact anyone in payroll support. The suggestion to go to help-quickbooks desktop help doesn't work. I just get stuck in an endless loop and don't get any links to contact anyone.
