Message I'm receiving while trying to send payroll information is:

Problem uploading data to service.

Sign-on was rejected.


Intuit has been informed that there is a problem with your bank account information

Hello Troyboy.


I have some insight to provide you regarding your concern about the error code 2308.


You encounter this error when there are changes to the employees' banking information for direct deposit. If you don't know the employee affected or if there are no changes made, I recommend you give us a call.


Since our tools are limited in this public forum, you can reach out to one of our Phone Support Specialists. They will be able to check your account and identify the employees' that have changes to their bank account information.


You can follow these steps to reach them:


  1. Go to:
  2. Select your payroll subscription.
  3. Select Payroll.
  4. Click View Contact Info.
