I'd be glad to assist you with fixing your payroll data in QuickBooks Online from Desktop.
Let's go ahead and check the employee information and make sure Wyoming hasn't been set as a home or work location.
Here's how:
- Select Employees, then choose Employee Center.
- Double-click the name of the employee.
- In the Edit Employee page, click on the Payroll Info tab.
- Go to Done.
If everything looks fine there, you can also edit or remove work locations:
- Select Workers, then choose Workers.
- Click on the Employee's name that you want to change location.
- Go to the pencil icon in the Employment tab.
- In the Work Location drop-down, pick New Work Location.
- Choose OK. then Done.
