First, if you're the employer, there isn't an option to set up two bank accounts for your direct deposit payroll.
However, if you're setting up your employee's direct deposit payroll, you can have two different accounts. You'll have to select Percentage to allocate a certain percentage of amounts to your direct deposit payroll.
