Intuit Full Service Payroll HELP!!!!

I have been using Intuit Full Service Payroll for years and customer service was amazing. Now when I select chat from the website I am constantly sent to Quick Books.  No one seems to know how to help me.  I have the same problem when I call the 800 number.

 

I have spent so many hours trying to solve my problem.  Can someone please help me get to the right department???????

Take note that support is available from Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

Intuit Full Service Payroll HELP!!!!

I have done all of those things today and none of them work.  Each time the person says they cannot help me.

 

Here is just one of the chats I had today.  I would love to speak to a human on the telephone.

Intuit Full Service Payroll HELP!!!!

I filled out the form on the link you sent.  Here is a copy of the first 30 minutes of chat.  I'm still on with chat trying to get to the right department, but it seems impossible.

 

Why do I have to spend hours doing something I have done so many times before?  What has happened to Intuit? You used to have the best customer service and now it is the worst.  I'm getting quotes from other companies as I sit on hold with these endless chats.

Intuit Full Service Payroll HELP!!!!

I AGREE!! I have used online support for so long and have had no problems. I had the absolute worst service today. I called twice, got a live agent and they told me they cannot help me and I must chat with someone online. They gave me the website to go to even after i tried so hard to get them to just help me on the phone. I finally get someone on chat to respond. I told them I am looking for support with intuit online payroll 3 times. I spent TWO HOURS literally JUST GIVING MY LOGIN INFO and he said he couldnt find my account. He got an attitude with me and said there was nothing he could do since I was giving him "incorrect info" when I was sending him the info directly from the page (and i have done this a million times with no problems before). After he continued to give me a lot of attitude, he left the chat. So after me giving him the correct account info for 2 hours, he realizes he is in the wrong and leaves the chat without solving my issue (which shouldve taken 2 minutes). I don't know what is going on with them but this was ridiculous. I have never had this much trouble and this was so unprofessional and makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

I'd like to redirect you to the right support group available so this gets addressed right away. Since your client is using QuickBooks Online Full Service Payroll, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. I understand that you've already reached out to us about the same issue. However, your concern requires pulling private information which should be handled in a secure environment.

 

Here’s how to get in touch with our support team:

  1. Choose the Help menu in the upper right to open the Search window.
  2. From there, scroll down to click the Contact us link.
  3. This will route you to another window where you can type the issue/topic.
  4. Once done, hit the Let’s talk button.
  5. Under the Choose a way to connect with us section, select how you want to reach out to our support team: Start messaging or Get a callback.

Intuit Full Service Payroll HELP!!!!

I have had this very same issue for the last several months.   I've been told I would be converted from Intuit Full Service Payroll to QuickBooks Online Payroll but that was never done, and I get an error message when I try to do it myself.  In the meantime, there is NO support for Intuit Full Service (even chat doesn't seem to support Intuit Full Service anymore, and just now the chat said 'Our experts are currently offline. Please try again later.).   Nobody can help me, and nobody can even FIND me as a customer.  I've had several hour long convos with QBO support with no resolution.   I am switching to ADP on January 1st to end this madness.

I expended all my morning try to contact some one in payroll support for Full Service Payroll but no one can do nothing, the chat is offline...... What I should do?? What telephone # can work???

Intuit Full Service Payroll HELP!!!!

I have had the same problems and wasted more time than I care to admit on hold and trying to do chats.  The forms that was mentioned about is not working - says the page is missing.

 

Very frustrating and it seems there is no solution. I was using Live Bookkeeping and even they couldn't help. I was told to contact he payroll department, which as you have described is impossible.  I am hoping that this just due to end of the year issues, and maybe next week will be better.  Would love to hear from anyone that has suggestions.

Intuit Full Service Payroll HELP!!!!

Even the employee that just responded is not actually addressing the right service. It isn't QuickBooks Full Service Payroll, it is Intuit Full Service Payroll (IFSP). I just chatted with someone and clearly stated that this was IFSP and then checking the account he said he had to transfer me. He transferred me to someone in the QB Online Payroll. They gave me a link to contact QB. In the link it clearly stated IFSP so I clicked on the contact info and got a call back. The call back was from QB Online Payroll. She was able to help me cancel my subscription but not before she told me she wasn't sure if she could do it because she was not the right contact. QuickBooks/Intuit needs to get their stuff together. This is ridiculous.

Intuit Full Service Payroll HELP!!!!

I too have been a Quickbooks Desktop and  Full Service Payroll customer for decades. I started when things were DOS.  Customer service was always great.  You are right, something is wrong at Intuit Customer Support. No, the chat does not work. Phone support has no idea who we are. I tried to change our pay period over the phone and basically the woman told me they could not do it. I have to do unscheduled checks from now on. Also, they are billing me for too many states on a monthly basis and I cannot get it corrected. I also was google searching for other providers. I just don't want to change. I have an extremely custom payroll setup. I hope more users complain and they get their act together soon.

I've tried the same things with absolutely no luck at all!  It is a vicious circle; each time they tell me I have not contacted the correct suppor team!  This is so frustrating, especially for the numbers of hours I have spent on several occasions.  It is as if Intuit spun off this division and does not care to support existing clients.

Intuit Full Service Payroll HELP!!!!

I'm trying to change client payroll bank account for Intuit Full Service Payroll for tax debits, direct deposit debits and invoice debits.  I have spent an inordinate amount of wasted time!  How do I make a major complaint with senior management?  Management seems to be totally insulated and uncaring for the ordeals to inflict on customers.  I have a client to support in the most efficient manner; Intuit is no help, they cost me time and lost opportunity!  I have spent numerous hours trying to get in touch with support. It is as if Intuit spun off this division and not longer services their own product with its name on it.

To update your client's payroll bank account, you’ll want to submit a request. Just complete the Intuit Bank Account Change form with their officer's signature and upload it to Intuit’s page. See this article to learn more: Change your payroll bank account.
