Does anybody know if Intuit Online Payroll is going to fix this by 11/02/20? I have sent several inquires through chat and haven't heard back.

I already informed my colleague to update her answer base on the QuickBooks subscription that you're using.
Also, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps. First, let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on the incognito window. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Once done, pull up the Intuit Payroll report again. If it works, we have to clear your browser's cache to optimize your browsing experience. You can also try using a different browser. Here's the link: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.

I've checked my resources here and there's no on-going investigation about the missing UBI number for WA Paid Family Medical Leave. However, let's update your tax table within QuickBooks Desktop to make sure everything is accurate. Here's how:

This is QB online payroll that I'm talking about, not desktop.
Like I stated in the original posting, this error in in Intuit Online Payroll, not desktop.
