Intuit Online payroll to QBO payroll.

Per Inuit's own website....
On or after May 1, 2021 Intuit Online Payroll will be retiring and you'll move to QuickBooks Online Payroll Core—a more modern payroll plan, with more features and better ongoing development support. Don't worry, the move is completely seamless and takes under a minute.

Kind of funny as I was on with support, continuously,  for over 4 hours today. Briefly,  we were running MFG Enterprise Desktop until Jan 1st of 2021 along with the Intuit Online payroll.  All worked well other than we had to export posting via an .IFF file, into Enterprise.  On Jan1,  we migrated from Enterprise Desktop to QBO. Had some issues with this but got the job done and tied out between the two.
Today I was bounced to three different support techs.  Payroll, QBO,  and desktop.  One of them didn't even know the difference between importing all the payroll data vs a posting file.  I even had the .iff file up and notebook and tried to explain it to them.
1.  We could live with simply getting a posting file out of Payroll and importing it into QBO.
Nobody seems to know how to do this.

2.  But it would be great to simply run the payroll inside of QBO.
Nobody seems to know how to do this migration.

So...  If there are any of you out there with these same issues, might be time for a class action for false advertising,  you think?
TIA
