Hello, @merobins. I understand how frustrating this is and how important it is for our customers to pay employees on time and promptly. Right now our team is aware of this issue with direct deposits and is working on getting this resolved ASAP.
Currently, the bank/financial institution has until 5 pm to deposit the money to the employee accounts. Regardless, we're actively tracking each of our affected customer accounts to see if we can provide a more accurate time frame and get employees paid sooner.
It's very important that you DO NOT cancel payroll and create paper checks.
We'll monitor the situation closely and keep you all included in any updates as they come to us here in the Community.

Same here. Our bank doesn't 'see' the transactions.
Can't get in touch with QB. Employees are panicky.

We know how important it is to be able to pay your employees on time. Our engineers are already aware of this behavior to check this out the soonest. Please inform your employees to monitor their bank account for their pays within today while this is being taken care of.
