Intuit viewmypaycheck isn't showing current paycheck breakdown for employees. It is only showing from 2016. How can I fix this?

It sounds like you may be logged into the wrong realm. You need to ensure you log into Workforce using the correct information. However, if you don't have the correct sign-in information, you'd need to contact our payroll support team so they can further assist with resetting the credentials. Below I've included the steps to contact support. 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Hit Contact Us.
  4. We’ll provide you a few support options. Choose which one is best for you.

It seems the employees are signing in correctly they just can't get to the correct portal. How could they get to the correct portal from that program? or do I have to do something on my end in quickbooks?

To clarify, are you using viewmypaycheck or Workforce? QuickBooks is no longer making updates to viewmypaycheck. 

 

To access Workforce, click on this link: https://workforce.intuit.com/app/payroll-employee-portal-ui/ius/sign-in?albRedirect=true.

 

If you're using Workforce and you're still experiencing this issue, I recommend contacting our support team using the steps listed above so they can open a ticket for you and have our engineers investigate what is causing this concern.
