Invite employees to view paychecks and W-2’s online

I have a client who is trying to invite an employee to view check stubs online.  When she sends the invitation to the employee, this message pops up "Invitation email failed to send, please try again."  We tried resending and we've tried different email addresses,  Any idea of how to get this to successfully send to the employee?

I'm here to help share information about inviting employees to view their paychecks and W-S's online.

 

I have checked this issue here in our system and we have received reports from other users getting the same challenges.

 

While our engineers are working on a fix to resolved this issue, it would be best to get in touch with our Customer Care Team. They can add you to the list of affected users.

 

To contact us, here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company account.
  2. Click the Help icon on the top right.
  3. Click Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Enter a short description about your concern.
  5. Click on Let's talk.
  6. Choose from Chat or Get a callback.

When we have more information about the status of this issue, we will update you. We will send the updates on your email address associated with your Intuit account.
