We can perform some troubleshooting steps for you to pay your Quarter four taxes, ksmathias78.

I've checked here on my end and there's no reported case where customers can't pay their quarterly taxes. To better isolate this one, let's try signing in to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

Then, try paying your estimated taxes again. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Select the Quarterly tab.
  3. Click the Pay Now button.
  4. On the Payment Method page, choose how you'd like to pay your Q4 taxes.
  5. Make sure you're looking at the Payment Voucher 4.
  6. Enter your Estimated Tax Payment information.
  7. Click Continue.

You can check the Pay Federal Estimated Quarterly Taxes article for more details. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. We can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

Also, I've got these articles that talks about how estimated taxes are calculated and tracked in QuickBooks:

I'd like to know how you get on after trying the steps, as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Please reply to this post and I'll get back to you. Have a great weekend.
