Some payroll customers are reporting their employees have not received their direct deposit payments scheduled for Friday (April 30, 2021). We are actively working to determine what's happening and will provide updates as soon as we have them.

Allow me to share what happened with the DD posting in QuickBooks.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing yesterday that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. For that, we ask for your utmost understanding with the delays caused by this Direct Deposit outage.

The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account.

We temporarily suspended calls at the moment to prevent long hold times as we handle this direct deposit payroll issue.

See this link to be updated with the current status of this Direct Deposit concern. You can also click on Subscribe to Updates to receive notification emails if there are outages in QBO.
