In some cases, issues in the web browser may affect unexpected behaviors in the program. That said, I suggest opening QuickBooks Online (QBO) in a private window for a fresh start.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can utilize:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
We can also clear the browser's cache and cookies. This way, it removes the accumulated cache that causes errors when using Bill Pay.
