If you haven't tried some troubleshooting steps, let's do that to rule out any browser-related issues.
We can start by opening your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private browser. You can also try using a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
If it works, let's clear the temporary internet cache in the regular browser and try clicking the Pay Taxes button again.
