At this time, we have an ongoing investigation about the drop-down menus that are not responsive in multiple areas of QuickBooks, specifically in the Invoicing, Credit Memos, and Banking areas. For now, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team so that they can add you to the list of the affected users. This way, you'll get notified once there's a fix or an update about this issue.

- On your company file, go to the Help menu.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
