Is something wrong with my setup if pay team/run payroll button doesn't work, just loads the page again?

They've already created an investigation, you can provide INV-39348 when you contact our QuickBooks support. I recommend reaching out to them so you will be added to the list of affected users.

1. Click the Help icon.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter INV-39348, then click Let's talk.
4. Select from Start a message or Get a callback.
