As of the moment, we haven't received reports if there's an issue with the payroll system when running reports and submitting payroll. The stored data cache in the system perhaps is preventing you from achieving these tasks.
We can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. You can start by accessing your QuickBooks account in a private/incognito browser. Feel free to use these shortcut keys for quick navigation:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Then check if everything is now back to normal. If it works, you’ll want to clear your main browser’s cache to eliminate the junk files and help the system run efficiently. You can also use other supported browsers except for Internet Explorer as an alternative.
