Is the Time feature not working still? Has everyone else who uses it lost their time?

May I ask what specific issue did you encounter while using the Time Feature? I need this information to confirm with our engineers if there are any reported issues similar to yours.

 

However, if you're getting a blank page when accessing the Time Feature, we have an ongoing issue for this and our engineers are investigating why the page won't load for you.

 

I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can add your profile to the list of affected users. You'll receive updates directly from our engineers about it. You can give this investigation number INV-49152 to our support for reference.

 

To get in touch with them, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Assistant menu.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human".
  3. Click Get a callback to connect with us.
  4. Enter all the needed details.
  5. Click Continue.
