I have a way here so you can provide a Spanish form to your employees, @neelu-elitelawna.
This can be accomplished by utilizing translator websites since QuickBooks uses the English language as default. You can copy the authorization form content, then have it translated. After, transfer it to a sheet of paper and print. You can distribute the form to your employees and have them sign it.
If you have knowledge about Spanish, you can directly fill in the fields using the information from the employee's authorization form when setting up direct deposit. Otherwise, translate them first.
