You can pull up two reports to get the employee's hourly wage and the payroll checks created on a certain period. I'm here to guide you with the detailed steps.
First, open the Employee Details report to see the hourly rate and other information.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Click on Reports at the left pane.
- Look for Employee Details, then open the report.
- Filter the employee's name, then tap on Run Report to refresh the page.
- Check out the hourly wage under the Pay Info column.
After that, run the Payroll Detail or Summary report to see the payroll transactions under your employees.
- Select Payroll Details or Payroll Summary from the Reports tab.
- Filter the dates to get the information you need.
Once done, you can export both reports to Excel to customize the details from there. Simply tap the Share drop-down, then click on Export to Excel.
