You can manually enter the information in QuickBooks to continue your payroll tasks.
However, there's an exception if it's your first time adding employees and running payroll in QuickBooks. You can import it via spreadsheet or CSV file. Here's how:
- Acquire the employee information in the Employee Navigator via the accepted file.
- Go to the Payroll tab and Overview.
- Below the Setup Tasks, click the available button or Finish adding your team.

- Select Import Employees.
- Pick Import from a spreadsheet and Next.


- Upload the file below and follow the on-screen steps until done.
