Yes, there's a way to request a faster funding time for direct deposits, @thepipedoctorllc

I'd suggest going to your email and find its title, which is “Urgent Payroll Issue.” Then, review the details listed in the email. It helps you determine why you’ve been placed on 5-day funding. Also, you'll know when you can request for faster funding. Please take note that not all customers will qualify for this.

Once reviewed, our support team will contact you. They can discuss with you about your request of having a faster funding time. For more details, see the Do you want to make a faster funding request? section through this article: Why am I on a 5-day funding time?

Also, please keep in mind that weekends or holidays will affect the processing of your payroll. With this, I recommend visiting this website: Direct Deposit Timing. It has in-depth information about ensuring your employees get paid on time.

I'll be right here to help if you need further assistance. Have a great day, @thepipedoctorllc

Hi there, thepipedoctorllc.

We'd really want to have this sorted out for you. However, we're unable to pull up accounts in the Community because this is a public forum. Because of this, we're unable to make phone calls or resend the email from this platform.

I'd recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team instead. They'll be able to verify and take a look at your your Direct Deposit account. Here's how:

  1. Go the Help menu and click Contact Us.
  2. Let them know that you need to follow-up or have concerns with your Direct Deposit, then click Let's talk.
  3. Click Message an agent or Get a callback

Please take note that due to COVID-19 we have limited staffing. You can reach out to our phone and chat support teams in between Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 5:30 PM PT.

Don't hesitate to visit us again in the Community if you have other questions.
