I'd suggest going to your email and find its title, which is “Urgent Payroll Issue.” Then, review the details listed in the email. It helps you determine why you’ve been placed on 5-day funding. Also, you'll know when you can request for faster funding. Please take note that not all customers will qualify for this.
Once reviewed, our support team will contact you. They can discuss with you about your request of having a faster funding time. For more details, see the Do you want to make a faster funding request? section through this article: Why am I on a 5-day funding time?.
