Is there a way to see if an email I sent actually went through?

Hi there, @aspenmerk.

 

You can check the history of your invoice to verify if it was sent to your customer. Let me guide you how.

 

In your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT):

  1. Go to the Customers menu.
  2. Click the Customer Center.
  3. Select the appropriate customer.
  4. Double click the invoice to open it.
  5. Click the See History link to see the status of the invoice.1.PNG
