Is there a way to set up automatic categorizing in mileage? Like, all my trips to the gym are personal, not business. Can't I just set that up somewhere so I don't have to individually label each trip to the gym?

I want to make sure you're able to categorize the trip in your QuickBooks Self-Employed. 
 

Yes, there's a way to set up automatic categorizing in mileage in your account. To accomplish this, lets' create a rule. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Create Rule. 
2. Type a Description in the field like personal mileage. 
3. Check the Match exactly box. 
4. Pick an appropriate account in the drop-down. 
5. From the Type box, choose Personal. 
6. You can also put a checkmark in the Also apply to past transactions. 
7. Tap Save.
