Though, we still have to consider its status. You can pull up the Paycheck List to check if we can still cancel it. Simply go to Reports tab, then search and select the said report. We're unable to cancel it once the direct deposit status shows as Processed.
If you're on the same day lead time, we process the payroll on payday, at 7 AM PT. That means, you can still cancel it 6:59 AM PT on the same day. For two banking days lead time, they can still cancel it two banking days before payday, at 5 PM PT.
Please follow these steps for the cancellation:
- Pull the Paycheck List report.
- Locate the paycheck you want to delete and open it.
- At the bottom, click on Delete.
- Check the I understand that this action cannot be undone. tick-box, then hit Delete Paycheck.
