Is there a way to track employee and contractor disciplinary write ups inside of quickbooks?

Yes, there is, Richie.

You can track your employee write-ups by entering a note in their profile. I'll show you how in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

1. Go to the Payroll menu and select Employees.
2. Select your preferred employee.
3. From the Employee details tab, click the Profile Pencil (edit) icon. 
4. Scroll down to the Note section and enter your employee write-ups from there. 
5. Then click Done once you're finished.

With regards to tracking your contractors' write-up, recording it in QBO isn't possible. As a way around, you'll want to look for a third-party app that lets you track both your employees' and contractors' write-ups. Just hove to the Apps menu or visit our QuickBooks App Store. Once you've found an app, select it and click Get app now to link it to your account.
