Great to see you here, Support85. You can only see the Pay options in the Payments section because it's designed for processing payments for business income taxes, Medicare, and SUI.
The Filing section pertains to various tax form submissions, including your quarterly 941 forms. Since you mentioned that you need to view unpaid 941 forms, here's what we need to do:
- Go to the Filing section and choose the 941 tick box under the Filter option.
- Click the Apply button. QuickBooks will automatically show the 941 tile that you need to file.
- Once done, click the Preview under the File dropdown to view the form.

After filing, we can also view previously filed tax payments and tax forms. Feel free to see them here: Access payroll tax forms and tax payments.
Furthermore, here’s a helpful resource for viewing information about your business and employees: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
Aside from that, we can enhance your QBO Payroll experience by considering our Explore QuickBooks Payroll service. Our knowledgeable team of experts stands ready to provide immediate support tailored to your employee and wages concerns.
