It says I need to reactivate my account. It was charged to my CC and it siad I would need to update from 2017 but that I had until 5/31. QB is not tracking my payroll
I have some solutions that you can try.
Before doing so, please make sure to disable the anti-virus temporarily on your computer. Then, update the account information for your QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.
Once done, check to see if the program is still asking you to reactivate. If you're getting the same result, let's update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. Here's an article for the instructions: Get the latest payroll tax table update.
