You can use the e-service once the status of the enrollment is active. You'll receive an email once the payroll account is processed. Please browse this link for additional information: Setup E-File & Pay
To check the status of the electronic services enrollment, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll Team. They can pull up your account and verify this for you. They'll also check if there are additional steps you need to take for the enrollment.

- Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.

- Get a callback from the next available expert.

Once the e-service is active, you can start filing your returns in QuickBooks Online.
