Join nowIn QuickBooks Desktop: I provide bookkeeping services for clients. Sometimes a client will have an existing QuickBooks company set up under their Intuit login, using their Intuit payroll services. I take a copy of their company file and put it on my computer, using my QuickBooks subscription. I pay for the payroll advanced, giving me the ability to create quarterly and annual payroll reports in QuickBooks for my business and all of the other companies I manage. I need to run quarterly reports for a certain client, but it says that I don't subscribe to the advanced payroll because it still has the former bookkeeper's intuit login information in the company file. I went to "My Company" and clicked on the Sign In link at the top right of the page. It opens up the Intuit login and has the former bookkeeper's login. I can't delete it and change it to mine. The former bookkeeper had a subscription for basic payroll. If I click on the Basic Payroll button, it takes me to QuickBooks Payroll where I have to verify my name from the list. My name isn't on the list, it's just the former Bookkeeper. I don't understand how I can be logged into my QuickBooks account and the Company info shows my QuickBooks Desktop license # and product #, but it isn't allowing me to use my payroll subscription. Please help!!!

I tried that and the Intuit support person could not help me. The customer service associated with this software is the worst I have ever seen.
