Join nowI have been looking all day for software that will allow for clocking in and out on computers within the office, at the individual employee's desk. We do not do any sort of job tracking or expense tracking, just need something I can enter multiple departments into, track vacation time and absences with reports and the employees can clock in when they log into their computer.
Currently we are using a time clock that I can download into Quickbooks desktop, but having something that the employees can log into and view their own time, and do vacation requests, as well as see their own attendance history, would be absolutely amazing. As well as having reports supervisors can run to see available vacation time, who is on vacation, and attendance would be even more so.
I did not realize something so simple could be so complicated.
TSheets is INtuit's time tracking software that will also sync with QB payroll. It does everything you are asking for.
